A complete health profile enables personalized recommendations and better healthcare conversations. Wellness Coach guides you through structured intake to capture all important health information.
Steps
- Start Wellness Coach Intake Session: Go to Wellness Coach → Start new session. Coach guides you through your health information with structured questions.
- Add Your Health Records: Coach asks structured questions: Conditions ("What health conditions are you managing?"), Medications ("What medications are you taking?"), Supplements, Allergies, and Recent concerns. Coach automatically creates records, checks for interactions, and suggests relevant wellness goals.
- Upload Lab Results: Upload recent lab results via Documents or drag into Wellness Coach. Coach analyzes and creates lab result records, compares values to reference ranges, and identifies trends.
- Schedule Follow-Up Sessions: After intake, Coach offers to schedule follow-ups. Choose weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Use follow-ups to update medications, track symptom changes, review progress on goals, and discuss new health concerns.

- Coach: "I've added that to your treatments. How long have you been taking it?"
